Our facility is intentionally designed around safety, structure, and comfort. Rubberized playroom flooring supports joint health and all-day play. Advanced HVAC systems with UV filtration help maintain fresh, clean air. Every playroom is led by a Certified Canine Coach who actively guides appropriate socialization and engagement — ensuring dogs are not just monitored, but supported through a structured, predictable day.

We are nestled in the vibrant, growing and dog-loving community of South Chandler and welcome pet parents from Chandler and surrounding communities in the Southeast Valley including, Mesa, Sun Lakes, Queen Creek and Gilbert. Dogtopia of South Chandler proudly serves Fulton Ranch, the Core Chandler, Ocotillo, Hamilton Corner, Rockwood Estates, Lantana Ranch and more.

Dogtopia of South Chandler is conveniently located just 5 minutes south of Loop 202/Santan Freeway at S. Arizona Ave. and Chandler Heights Rd., next to the Majestic Theaters.  We have curbside drop off and pick up and ample parking if you need to come inside (masks are required). We are close to Hamilton High School and the tech corridor businesses such as Intel, Wells Fargo, Motorola, Mr. Cooper, Northrop Grumman, and many more. The shopping center in which we are situated is shared with great tenants including Majestic Cinemas, Basis Charter School, Denny’s, East Valley School of Music, Blue 32, Moreno’s Mexican Food, and the Pet Doctor Rx.

At Dogtopia of South Chandler, your dog isn’t simply supervised — they’re guided by trained professionals who understand how dogs learn and interact. Every team member completes extensive education to become a Certified Canine Coach, including training in canine body language, group dynamics, and positive reinforcement.

Our coaches actively guide safe socialization, reinforce calm behavior, and maintain structured routines that build predictability. Before leading a playroom independently, each coach completes classroom instruction and hands-on mentorship to ensure they can confidently manage an enrichment-based environment.

Dogtopia of South Chandler is also certified through the Heroes for Healthy Pets™ program in Infectious Disease Management, supporting advanced preventative care, vaccination strategy, and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean, healthy play environment.
