The obvious care and affection for the dogs.

There are need for good quality dog care, people are always looking for something suitable for their dogs. So less sales pitches would be nice. Too much could make them confused and it would not work for both sides, I guess.

The process is simple and everything was well covered and explained on the initial appointment call and during the meet and greet. Staff have all been great to meet and work with as well.

Friendly, professional, responsive and oriented around the best interests of the dogs. I especially like that all staff are certified with an emphasis on understanding behavior. The ability to add other services, like spa days and boarding if needed, are also great benefits.

Dogs are well treated and attended. The facility is clean and smells clean.
The special activities for the dogs makes it fun.
I like that it’s open seven days a week and has available boarding.
We’ve taken advantage of the baths and lunches, which are both convenient.
We tried four day care places before finding Dogtopia and we found a home away from home for our pup.

I appreciate the long hours available for daycare, including weekend availability, and how personalized the services have been!

Honey is well taken care of and is always excited to go to doggy daycare. The trainers have worked on her jumping and it has improved. Very impressed.

I love the fact that there is a trainer there to help correct bad behaviors with my puppy. I also love being able to check on him via the Webcam.
