Caring staff.
I like everything about your services. People on the phone, the coaches, and the managers are all so friendly and helpful. Everyone treats my dog as their own. I know my dog is safe and happy when she’s at Dogtopia.
Sometimes I feel like there a too many dogs for one person to keep an eye on and redirect if needed

When I pick up my pup she is exhausted which is great considering that she is hyper active and loves to play. I enjoy being able to check on her through the webcams as well.
The staff and management are always upbeat and willing to listen to any input and have it resolved. They inform you of how things are going. The services are plentiful for the care of ones dog. I like them all.
