More people available for busy times for drop off and pick up. The wait can be long at times.
The whole experience was positive! Outstanding owners & employees. We felt our puppy was well cared for. Unfortunately we could not continue.
That they offer special treats and I can watch my pet on camera. The staff really try to meet my needs especially with feeding Kody. Also have special days like pajama day and the compliment boarding night.
We love the friendliness and safe space for the dogs. Activities are always a blast and for us the flexibility of the hours are a plus.

There are need for good quality dog care, people are always looking for something suitable for their dogs. So less sales pitches would be nice. Too much could make them confused and it would not work for both sides, I guess.
The process is simple and everything was well covered and explained on the initial appointment call and during the meet and greet. Staff have all been great to meet and work with as well.
