I like that the dogs get breaks in the day to rest or have lunch. I think it’s a great idea to require a weekly plan to board so the dogs are comfortable when they stay over night. My dog is always happy to play with his friends there!
The peace of mind I have when leaving my dog in DOGTOPIA’s care is the best service DOGTOPIA gives me. I love that all the dogs have to be current on vaccinations, that trained staff are in each of the daycare rooms and that each dog is given a general wellness check before being sent home. DOGTOPIA has exceeded my expectations in many ways and one is by having the webcam so I can feel like I’m part of her day. Another is the having an easy to use and efficient app to be able to add extra daycare days or services like the SPA. Also on a final note I am very impressed with how supportive and well informed the customer services have been through this whole process. They provide clear feedback and in a surprisingly timely manner. Each of the employees seem to really care about the dogs and I was presently surprised that they all knew my dog’s name right away.
Staff seems to genuinely care about all the pups. Health of the pups is a very high priority. Cleanliness of the facility appears to be a very high priority. Staff is responsive to all of my questions. The webcam is a wonderful feature. You are located in our neighborhood.
