Dog always wants to go! Loves the staff

Less use of crating. I have spoken to assistant manager and things have improved. However, there have been days when my dog was in the crate most of the day because of “high energy”- honestly that’s one of the reasons they are brought to doggy day care in the first place.

Cameras in the rooms, clean rooms, dogs are well supervised, additional services such as baths and nail trims.

We love Dogtopia! Every single staff member is kind, loving to our dog, prompt with pickup and drop off and gives us progress reports each time our dog attends.

They are on top of all of their services and keep us updated with newsletters, endless events for the pups, billing and are always looking to improve!

Friendly staff. My pup loves going there. Only down side is how crowded it becomes with no adjustment in staff.

Everyone knows Daisy and cares about her.

It is clean and there’s an open floor for the dogs to hang out under supervision. I like that my dog gets to socialize with other dogs in a save environment.

Friendly staff and my pup has been in daycare for two years in another state, I love that Dogtopia offers them some training instead of just play.

Sully loves going once a week to play with friends. I like how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are, the convenience of scheduling, and having the option of grooming services. I feel comfortable leaving sully for boarding because I know he is taken care of!

Interactions – you maintain conversations as long as I have questions to ask and comments to make. You return messages promptly. You have a good set up for the dogs.
