Friendly staff who know my dog’s name. I know he’s taken care of and safe while at the facility. I like the fellow pet parents at pickup talking about how much their dogs love it at Dogtopia and how I’ll be happy too.

The staff cares, facility is clean, I can check on my dog at any time and she is always seems happy to hang out with everyone. You all do a great job!

My dog really likes to go there, and it gives him a chance to excercise and hang out with other dogs.

Intake in the mornings—it has gotten much better, but sometimes makes getting the kids to school and getting to work difficult when there’s a long line of folks.

Also, coordination over nail/bath days. We often get asked out front if we want this when it’s already scheduled, so I get confused about the exact days for this.

Wonderful facility, from the great staff to the excellent facility. The availability of watching my girl on camera’s adds to the easy feeling!

Continue to engage and support new dogs upon first visits to the facility and care environment.

The hours and days are very flexible.

Care and concern for the pets

My dog has fun. I think the dog trainers like my dog.

My dog comes home after 8 or 9 hours at Dogtopia and she is exhausted from all of the running around she has done with the other dogs. She immediately crashes and sleeps all evening.

I also like to see her on the cams that they have set up.
