We love dogtopia we recently move our dogs from Arcadia to Ahwatukee and the staff was friendly and patient with both our dogs. My dogs love the facility and the staff.
Staff is friendly and tells you how your dog did during the day. You know what to expect.Wait time is low upon arrival and everyone knows your dog.
Dogtopia is amazing!! The staff is always very friendly and take very good care of my dog while he’s there.
I like it due to I can view my Baby on Video to check up on him and how friendly the staff is. Also I love the monthly events. I don’t celebrate holidays like Xmas but there are so many other events that my Kody and I can participate in so that I can feel included. Also love the treats and water play days. My baby comes home knocked out.
The only thing I wish we had a way to talk with the store directly or be able to communicate with the business after 6pm since they are opened until 10pm. Its something that really does bother me where other businesses like Dogs 24/7 give us the ability to reach out to give heads up if we are on our way or even if we may have an emergency that requires last minute boarding. I do wish that either the Dogtopia Operator can be available until 10pm when most of the doptopia closes or that the local business have an afterhours either messaging service to leave a message or at least talk to someone.
Convenient location. Easy in and out. Nice staff. Clean facility. Flexibility. Range of servies.
We appreciated a tour of the facility, staff friendliness and transparency, cleanliness, security for our fur babies, and the ability to check in via webcam!
Dogtopia is great! So welcoming and fun for the pups! My dog absolutely loves it!
Every dog is its own entity and is treated as such; as a client just as if not more important than the human counterpart. Your staff truly loves animals and it shows. They are trained but also I believe they were hand selected as employees because of their personal intuitiveness that can’t be taught.
The facility is fastidiously clean every second they are open. Questions are answered quickly and correctly. Problems are addressed quickly and for the good of the group.
