We only had our meet and greet but I loved how communicative the staff was and how thorough the tour was! I really felt like they care about each dog there and do their best to make me feel good about taking my dog.

As soon as I approached the building, I felt my dog was welcome at Dogtopia, especially given the cute sign just outside the door that had my dog’s name on it. My young dog had very limited interaction with other dogs before attending Dogtopia. The coaches at Dogtopia took the time to slowly introduce my dog to the other pack members and the play room. I was anxious about leaving her for the trial day, but felt confident in the staff’s knowledge of all the dogs in their care and how to keep my dog and the others in the playroom safe and happy. The webcam is an awesome feature, especially for nervous dog moms like me! All staff members are friendly and responsive to questions, both in person and via phone call/text. The report card and graduation certificate were sweet gestures. My dog and I have only enjoyed services for a couple days so far, but we are excited to try longer daycare visits, overnight boarding, and monthly events in the near future!

I love the fact that you have rest periods for them. My 8 month old Golden Retriever would play nonstop if you let him and be totally exhausted when I brought him home.
