The convenience, the friendly staff and my dog loves going there!

I love the concept and everyone has been lovely to deal with. My only thought would be to add some other membership options. I realize the target market is daily on-going daycare, but it would be helpful for me and I’m sure others to be able to use the services on a bit more of an as needed basis. I think it’s wonderful to pre-vet all the pups and I get the idea that we want consistency, but a go to option while we are on vacation would be great. And paying the weekly pause costs seems silly for a service I need maybe 4 times a year. Just some food for thought. I would be happy to join as say a yearly member and then have days per year or something.

I like the hours.

Peace of mind, I know my fur baby, Addy, will be safe and have fun being able to socialize with other dogs.
Here are a list of aspects that really sold me:
– All dogs have to be vaccinated
– The hours of operation. I work a later hours and my husband works early hours so it’s nice we can bring her in as early as 6am or I can pick her up later than typical business hours.
– Addy is getting older so I was relieved that there are rooms designated based off the dog’s energy levels.
– I think it’s awesome there is trainer in the room at all times.
– I love I can check in on her any time through the video feed.
– I love all the activities that are done for the dogs, makes me want to do them at home with addy too!
– Anytime I have had questions Dogtopia is always quick to respond and very kind (no matter how silly my question is).

Gives out dogs a fun place to go play,
friendly staff, great hours, easy drop off,
was hoping for an outdoor area for them to go potty, took us a while to get them trained to go outside, hoping they don’t go inside at home,
so far they are good, thanks.

Everyone is always very considerate of my Metuka. I get constant updates and I love the little Photo days the best.

The meet and greet was a great experience. It was very informative and I really appreciated how things are set up. My only concern is that they potty in the room.

Love the communication and leadership staff. They are absolutely fantastic. I find that the coaches leave Ruthie’s personal vest on her when she visits. The weekend staff. It’s not sure the purpose

But the coaches are so nice and I do find them observant and engaging of the dogs I love all of them very kind no complaints just oversight observations
