Our dog is more like a small horse than a dog. He has long legs and gets bored easily, so bringhing him to Dogtopia takes care of his need for entertainment and a place to release extra energy. The staff always welcome his as if he is coming home, rather than being dropped off at the sitters.

Freindly staff. Very flexible in emergency schedule issues. I love that they ensure sick dogs are not permitted and all are up to date on vaccinations.

Check-in process can be excessively long (up to 15 min wait) during peak drop-off hours (7-9am). Possibility of having more staff during this time to alleviate?

Lastly they made a opportunity to communicate to the location after 7om via texting to indicate if I am on my way or I may have to do a late boarding.

Jess has been amazing with the introduction to Dogtopia and the services they provide. I am a helicopter dog mama and she reassured me of their trainers and processes in place to set my mind at ease when i leave my young and small dog there for play days. Jess has been great with communication and personal skills to deal with all these dog owners etc. Jess is the reason why I decided on Dogtopia instead of the other doggy day cares that I had visited previously and sealed the deal with Dogtopia. Dogtopia is a huge step above all the rest with their services, cleanliness and dedication.
