Clean facility and friendly staff! Great hours for working parents!

Just about everything. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable; their understanding of dog behavior and how to handle the dogs is exemplary. They are excellent at addressing questions/concerns and are completely transparent and non-defensive when discussing an issue. In addition, they show that they are not just trying to make you feel better (or make themselves feel better), but they are genuinely looking at what the issue might be and how to address it. They pay a lot of attention to my dog and that is clear in each and every one of my interactions with them. They are also good at giving feedback about progress they see your pet making.

I love the cleanliness of the facility. I toured several dog daycares prior to checking out Dogtopia and there was not a single place that I would have let my dog go to. The treats prior to nap are an extra added bonus. The fact that you have nap time is wonderful.

I spend a fair amount of time observing my dog in his room on the camera and it always strikes me how attentive the dog coaches are, how often there is an additional coach in the room helping out and/or supervising and the kindness with which they treat the dogs even when they are attending to problematic behavior. They are great at handing out hugs and pets and head pats all while still attending to the overall needs of the group.

I can see all of the best practices of dog daycare put in place at Dogtopia. I appreciate immensely everyone who works there and all they do. They are competency and kindness personified.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, facilities are very nice and clean and I love the app and how easy it is to book appointments and view my pup on the webcams!

Friendliness and great job at screening your guests. Also like that pets must be neutered or spayed.
