Great customer service and wonderful facility. Will not go anywhere else!
I LOVE that the dogs aren’t crated all day. There is an atmosphere of intentionality around caring for the needs of the dogs, rather than just making sure they don’t die, like some boarding places do.
I also respect the commitment to hiring people on the autism spectrum; helping struggling readers learn to read; and donating to the Trevor Project. Dogtopia’s values align very well with mine.
Super friendly and helpful staff. I love that you actually answer your phone The facility is always clean. My pup comes home clean, tired and happy. Great place !
Our family loves Dogtopia in Homewood! My two pups are worn out when they get home and after dinner go straight to bed it’s a win-win for everyone. Highly recommend. The staff is excellent and they provide excellent customer service.

Our experience so far at Dogtopia has been more than amazing. The first day there our puppy was so shy and sat in the corner all day. We tried a second day, and her tail was wagging as she was dropped off and she played all day long according to the webcam! The staff has been attentive and patient with our puppy, who has clearly needed some time to open up. We are excited to make Dogtopia a part of our routine! Everything has truly been wonderful!
