Ease of service that has been great
I love the online portal, where I can check in and watch the Web cams to see what is going on, the activities that are available for the pups, and the snacks!
Very pleasant staff, quick in and out, responsive to texts.
How Tate is excited to go back with the handlers and barely even looks back at me! Also how sleepy he is at the end of the day! We can actually cook dinner now!
My dog and I are new to your daycare and are still absorbing all of the changes in routine, etc. I do wish that Katzy had a dedicated crate since he will come to daycare 6 days of almost every week. He is an older dog and I guess I am being a bit protective because I want him to enjoy his new adventure and not be apprehensive. I’d also like to know how he is adjusting to open play and if he is mingling with new dogs as well as friends from his other daycare group. Everyone of your staff has been most thoughtful, polite, and attentive and graciously have answered all of my questions / concerns. I feel sure that once we are better acclamated to our new digs, I will encourage other customers to use your daycare.
