The staff is wonderful. My dog was recognized on her second visit and called proactively by name when she entered the front door. This made her (and me) feel so comfortable immediately. Everyone is so helpful and so kind. When my dog was scheduled to board the lovely front desk staff suggested I bring a T-shirt for her crate to help soothe her with family smells while she sleeps. (Some places do not allow you to leave any personal items during boarding.) I also appreciate that there is an outside play area that allows the dogs to get fresh air and sunshine. Highly recommend to anyone looking to give your “best friend” playtime and/or boarding.
The team was awesome with the dogs. They really care about their customers. This location was a referral from the Homewood location.
Friendly and very helpful people, easy parking, location and my dog was so tired and happy after spending the day at Dogtopia Parkside!

The staff is extremely friendly not only to the pet owner but also to the pet. The doggy daycare is clean and a fun place for my pet to hang out. I additionally love the fact they have homemade doggy-treats available. Lastly they really care about my pet as well as other pets that are in the daycare and boarding facilities. They have cards and photos if it’s your pet’s first day, special holiday, etc. I love dogtopia.

Whenever they need to approach me about something that my fur baby needs, they do so with kindness and gentleness.
I love how Dorothy is eager to always run in and forget about me which does not take place at home. She is so loved and spoiled by them as well.
The price is fantastic and if it were not for my job, I would certainly have her to attend more days because she loves it at Dogtopia.
