I appreciate the structured environment and thoughtfully planned activities for the dogs. The staff’s genuine care and attention to the well-being of each animal are truly commendable. During the adjustment period, their attentiveness and commitment to ensuring a smooth transition stood out to me. With regular updates and consistently exceptional care, I couldn’t be happier with the level of service provided.
It would be nice if the small dogs are not in then same room as the medium sized dogs. When the small dogs have their own playroom they can run around and get some exercise. Right now the small dogs are confined to a very small space while the medium dogs utilize the playroom. It is unfair for the little dogs to have such tiny space for themselves when all pet parents pay the same fees!

The staff is so friendly and my Bentley took to them right away. Bentley typically does not like strangers so I was very pleased. The facility is clean and smelled nice. It also looked welled maintained and organized. Bentley was eager to go inside when I took him back for a second visit.
The staff is friendly and my dog loves them. He is excited to get in the door and tired when he gets home.

I love the staff, clean establishment and the DogCam. Everyone seems to have an affection for the dogs and this is appreciated. There is a level of trust that must be established to not only pay money to have others look after your fur baby but also in knowing that they will be loved and treated well is a relationship that I do not take lightly. Lastly, the communication is great. If they need to give a little extra crate time or attention to a dog, they are willing to do this and keep you informed about what is happening or what happened during the day.
I love how friendly the staff is and how they welcome your fur baby with open arms each and everyday. I love being able to see how her day is going with the camera feature
