The staff are kind and patient, and super polite. Loved the thorough report card after the meet and greet.
The staff is great and very friendly. I love how they upload photos/videos on social media and being able to watch my dog on the live stream throughout the day! Very clean and organized space as well.
People that works here are the sweetest people! This morning mochi was so excited to jump in the car and come hangout with the Dogtopia people! Thank you so much of taking care of Mochi! ♥️

Professional and personable. I appreciate the amount of time they took to understand my dog’s personality and needs.
I love all the extra touches! A picture on his first day, the cutest bandana 😍, and being able to check the webcams when I was thinking about him during the day.
Not to mention knowing he was well played with took stress off my plate at night to make sure he had expended enough energy.

The facility is really terrific and top notch but of course it’s the friendly and courteous staff. Their attention to detail and warm positive attitudes immediately creates a positive vibe which is so comforting to parents leaving a member of the family with others. Keep up the good work.
