Friendly staff, clean facility, knowledgeable owner

Everyone is so friendly and my dog seemed to be really happy there.

My pup Nova has been going to Daycare since she was a baby. She is very anxious and nervous. Moving her to Dogtopia was a decision based on my new office and availability to get there easy. I was worried cause she didn’t seem to want to go BUT it only took 3 days and she’s back to herself. She is living her best life and I can watch the cameras and be a helicopter mom from my desk. lol. Thank you Dogtopia for keeping Nova safe!

Everyone was friendly, accommodating and professional. The new facilities are nice and provide a safe environment. Having access to the webcam provides peace of mind to Doggy parents.

The front desk staff at the new NW location are friendly, drop off and pick up are easy and usually quick.

The team at Dogtopia NW have exhibited patience, care, and passion towards all of the dogs in their care and have calmed my nerves about sending my dog to daycare. They are communicative about how my dog is doing every time I pick her up, and I love getting the report cards!

We are a new client that owns a 2 year bullypit from birth, he weighs 120#’s now, and believes he’s a lap dog. Really friendly, but because he’s a large boy, he lets us know he’s there. By barking and jumping.. As owners of a large young breed previously, this was a different experience. So we researched daycares. So this daycare we researched and trusted as a friend review.. we took him there for full days, but as of day one.. it was over stimulating for him. So we did half days.
Day 5 we were told that he needed training. We weren’t told what kind of training , but because he was following another dog they kenneled him in a corner kennel infront of the other dogs.i picked him up immediately . Later that night i felt his neck, and there was bite holes in it.. I called the next day, and they had no answers for me, they had no idea he was bit, but all they knew is that he kept following this particular dog and o longer welcome until trained by their staff.

So We expressed openly and truly our experiences to DOGTOPIA..
They listened to our concerns.
They were very confident that they could help, but as long as we would work with him aswell!!
He’s 2 now.. and needy, medicated on on allergy pills and tramazone.( lightly)
When they said that.. it was a sigh of relief.
We just needed guidance and reassurance that there was hope he could have friends..
Giving our dog the best life is very important.

I love the fact that I can watch him, the staff and the other dogs interact on the webcam!!
It helps me understand certain situations and watch how they work with all the dogs. They make it look very easy to stay calm and take control calmly.. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!

best decision I’ve ever made.. I want the best for my pup. He deserves the best life..
Lots to learn still, and I’m excited for it… they are very honest, open, and most importantly.. patient!!
They give GREAT FEEDBACK.. they greet him with love when I drop him off.. and work with us and him.
Me and my spouse are very happy with DOGTOPIA!.
Our 2 year old isn’t perfect, but I believe with the guidance and patience of the MANAGER of NORTHWEST DOGTOPIA and HER STAFF.. our massive beast has a chance to live love and bark his best life..

They are doing their best taking care of our furry friends!!
I trust them and their judgement 3 weeks in.

As I know our oversized beast needs extra love..

I wanted to say on a side note…
That I respect and treasure them For helping us after our house flooded twice.. we are living out of home, which makes him more stressed.. but they are showing him and training him while we can’t..

I will be coming here long term.. as along as they have him!!
