Awesome communication!
I love how warm and caring the staff are with not only fur babies but the dog parents as well. I have watched the staff interact with many of the other fur babies and they treat them all with love. I love the center and the staff. We selected a great place for our Tiny.
The staff is very friendly and great with Peyton. He enjoys coming to Dogtopia for daycare and boarding. The hours for drop off and pick up are also very convenient.

Although I think the service and the employees are great, prices are high and policies about rules or policies are unclear. Perhaps some info is listed on the signed contract, but we don’t get a copy of that, nor are the policies published on the website. For example, freezes must be requested 5 days in advance. That’s a reasonable policy, but how am I supposed to know that? Likewise, prices and rules regarding the number days per week have changed a lot over just the last 3 years.
Friendly and competent
Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff! I have a senior dog who requires consistent attention and socialization. Dogtopia of Alexandria gives her that in spades! She definitely comes home happy and exercised.
