Friendly welcoming staff, professional, clean and safe environment

I love the staff. They all know Henry and welcome him with open arms.

The staff are incredibly friendly and always welcome my dog Oscar with open arms. They treat him like their own. I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive on a regular basis!

-Improve the app experience so the webcams consistently load
-Improve billing system so that it is more transparent and easier for your employees to make changes, as we’ve been mistakenly billed several times

I had a great meeting with Cullum. He was knowledgeable, passionate, enthusiastic, and patient. I am a new dog owner and new to everything about doggy care. I felt very comfortable with the facility and the staff. I feel like a found Daisy a home away from home and a nice place to romp around. Thank you.

It’s just awfully expensive.

Staff at Dogtopia are very proficient and keep an eye on the dogs at all times. WebCam is nice to observe my dog during her stay. Hours are very good for both day care and boarding. On one occasion I had dropped my dog off for daycare and I had an emergency and could not get back in time to pick her up and Dogtopia provided boarding without a prior reservation which helped me out. I would make one recommendation concerning half day daycare. For my situation half days work out best and I would like to enroll my dog in similar program as full day daycare at appropriate discount for her to come in on specific half days. I have been using Dogtopia Alexandria for more than 5 years and I really liked the ability to buy half day passes in bulk at a discount to use as needed.
