I had a great experience at our meet n greet and the staff were all very friendly. The only thing that put a bit of a damper on things was that the evaluator was pushy about enrollment and I feel like I got pressured into signing up before I was ready to commit. Im sure she was just doing her job but it doesn’t leave me feeling good about the otherwise good experience.
Place is very clean. Price is reasonably affordable and location couldn’t have been more perfect to my residence. The staff is really engaged and pay really good attention to each dog’s personality. Which ensures me they will take really good care of my pup.
The employees are really friendly and seem to care about each pet.

Very safe and clean.
Great staff who are patient and understand dogs will be dogs. I tried another establishment in the area and after two visits they noted my 5 month old puppy was too nippy and posed a danger to their staff. The Dogtopia staff appropriately interact with my dog, employ solo time when he is overexcited, and have assisted in teaching him what is expected of him during day care visits. As socialization is key during adolescence for a young dog, Dogtopia has been crucial to giving my dog the space to safely socialize with other dogs and I’m thankful for staff that continue to work with my young dog who in his excitement at arriving for daycare will sometimes forget his manners. Thanks Dogtopia Alexandria team!
The Dogtopia Team is smooth running and I feel they care about our fur babies. They’re ready to help, and even gave me a report that my dog didn’t eat his lunch on his first full day (because he was nervous and new to the experience). I also love their Webcams so I can check up on my dog every few hours. We’re returning for the socializing, too!
I love that you provide a cam for me to check in on my puppy. It was comforting to me when leaving him for his first daycare. The staff was very friendly as well.
