My dog Josie loves it there! She goes once a week and is beside herself with excitement on the car ride over. She comes home happy and exhausted. If it were up to her she would go every day of the week.
Hours are accommodating for work schedules, extremely friendly staff, very organized boarding procedures, excellent facility!

You do a great job taking care of my healthly dog, but we’ve had to board my older, less healthy dog at the vet because we don’t feel comfortable with the level of care you provide. I’m actually looking for a new provider who can care for an older dog with health issues without calling me fifteen times a day while I’m on vacation about previously existing health conditions we alrealdy told you about.
Staff are always available. Some days I arrive early and they take my dog immediately.
Everyone is so friendly and they treat the dogs so well.
I know Navy Yard has extended hours, even if packages rose $1, can we consider on weekdays staying open until 8pm? Thank you!
