The dog to “coach” ratio seems a little off. If there were a problem, I don’t see how the coach could safely handle things without having to use force.
The cameras seem to be somewhat hit-or-miss.
Cameras spend a good bit of time turned off between nap time and overnight hours, and on the tour we were told not to look into any windows. This gives the impression that there is something you don’t want people to see.
Your price is right, your location and hours are convenient l, and our dog seems to love Dogtopia, so we’ll keep coming back unless given a reason not to.

My dog likes being there, but your fees for half days are about $6/session too high. Zara began attending twice a week soon after you opened and we were able to purchase 10 day passes with a slight discount. Then the price went up, and then it went up again. This is more than other places charge, and while I am willing to pay a bit more, the difference is significant enough to limit Zara’s time there. As a senior citizen, I’m on a fixed income and since you don’t offer any discounts for seniors, we can not participate in as many visits as we did before.

I understand that with COVID you needed to pay your staff more, and institute some additional cleansing procedures.

I have recommended several dog owners to your place, and those dogs love being there. They are now regular customers.
