Very knowledgeable and my boys seemed very happy when i picked them up.
The front staff is very professional and warm towards me and my dog. I like the care he receives and the opportunity for him to enjoy a day of fun and exercise.
The team is very responsive and cater to the needs of my pet.
Pickup procedures are in dire need of fixing. I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes yesterday waiting for someone to come to the front desk. The person in the Toybox saw me waiting and paged someone to come to the front desk. When they did go to the back to get my dog, she stood in the doorway for another 5 minutes talking to someone down the hall. 20 minutes to pick up a dog is too much.
We have a puppy and want to socialize him. This has been a great way to do just that. He loves it at Dogtopia! We plan to send him twice per week. Thank you for being a great option for us!

We typically go to the Dogtopia in Ft. Lauderdale. When we walked into your location, it was so clean. The girls at the front desk were exceptionally sweet and our dog, Roady June, went right in. We appreciate the hospitality!
