The price increases have made it cost prohibitive for me to use the Halcyon Alpharetta location except on a very limited basis. My two dogs love the daycare but their visits will be very minimal now despite the convenience of this location.
The staff was very helpful during Bleu’s meet and greet. They put me at ease with leaving him in a new place.
I like that it’s an Indoor clean facility with an outdoor play option. I love the doggie cams. It’s so fun to check in on my dog from time to time to see what he is doing.
We were there for the evaluation a few days ago. Staff was friendly and paid close attention to our dog while he mingled with the other dogs in the play room. Radar had a great time during his 45 minutes there, and we plan to bring him in for half day playtime sessions soon.
The front desk staff is the kindest and most welcoming group of people I’ve seen at a dog daycare.
My only issue is that there isn’t a second dog discount. That’s really challenging for multiple pet owners when every other doggy daycare offers 10%
