My dog loves coming to daycare at Dogtopia and always comes home happy and tired from playing hard all day. I utilize boarding services as well and have always had very positive experiences. The trainers are great and it’s nice to be able to watch the dogs play on the webcams.
There has been a great deal of turnover in staff and inconsistency in pricing for services. The last time I requested spa service for my 40 pound, short haired dog I was quoted a price more than double what I have always previously paid. Needless to say I will not be utilizing grooming services at Dogtopia in future. The turnover in staff is concerning because there was a long period of time where every day I dropped off my dog and I met a new staff member that would be gone a week later. It seems that has somewhat changed, but it was sad and worry-some that all of the old staff that was there for such a long time and that I knew and knew they all genuinely loved my dog literally all seemed to have quit en masse. It does appear this location is getting back on track, the pet of the week is actually being posted again and there is always someone at the front desk. It would be nice if grooming prices weren’t outrageous or were based upon the specifics of the dog, i.e. short vs long hair, size, temperament, etc.

I enjoy being able to see my dog play in group via webcams; the attentive staff takes good care and gives tons of love to him too. Clean facility along with a specific cleaning schedule that focuses on attention to detail.
