The staff are great with the dogs and treat them as if they were their own dogs. I also love the webcams.
Friendly, easy.
(1) Offer more variety in membership packages. For example 1x/month, 2x/month. Weekly is getting hard for me since I live on the other side of town (takes a lot of time in to get there and back with commuter traffic) and am starting a new job with different hours, but I still want my pup to get socialization and playtime.
(2) Cameras need better internet or something. They freeze up all the time when I’m trying to check in on my pup during the day.
(3) Have an attendant stay overnight with the boarding dogs. It would make me feel better about leaving my pups there if I knew there was an attendant keeping an eye on them for emergencies. I have an older dog that I can’t take there because sometimes she gets up in the night and needs to potty. Maybe a student who could sit there and do homework and keep an eye on the monitors?…
The staff shows that they really care about the dogs and are always so welcoming and loving. They have always communicate very well with me when they needed to and go above and beyond to make sure you feel confident trusting your pups with them
The staff are friendly and attentive. I like that I can check out how my dog is doing during the day by viewing her on the webcam. The prices are reasonable and I know she is in a safe and caring environment.

My dog pulls for the door as soon as she knows we are going to Dogtopia. When we get inside she runs around to say hello to everyone. Her opinion is the one that matters to me, and she loves Dogtopia.

Dogtopia of Anaheim Hills opened in 2015 and has quickly grown into a one-stop shop for dog lovers looking for a safe and fun place to leave their dog or pamper their pup.
