Super friendly associates. One thing would be better is if there were 2 associates minimum for every room (depending on how busy) – so that one could clean and the other could train/interact/play with the dogs (balls, ropes, toys etc.).

I can sum up my experience with one comparison…Smudge has been at Dogtopia since the beginning of August and over these last 6 weeks, I have been presented with 5 or 6 printed pictures of him. He is smiling in every. single. picture.
I have received 2 pictures from previous daycares and in neither picture does he look happy.
I find Dogtopia to be very professional yet personable. They plan events throughout the month to give the dogs a bit of a different experience. I also like being able to watch the action on the webcams…although I have to remind myself that I took him to daycare to get a good day of work done! It can be mesmerizing to watch the dogs play…
