Everything was great. I will return.

Super friendly associates. One thing would be better is if there were 2 associates minimum for every room (depending on how busy) – so that one could clean and the other could train/interact/play with the dogs (balls, ropes, toys etc.).

I already post a blog on Chinese INS (xiao hong shu) to recommend Dogtopia Applewood!

I can sum up my experience with one comparison…Smudge has been at Dogtopia since the beginning of August and over these last 6 weeks, I have been presented with 5 or 6 printed pictures of him. He is smiling in every. single. picture.

I have received 2 pictures from previous daycares and in neither picture does he look happy.

I find Dogtopia to be very professional yet personable. They plan events throughout the month to give the dogs a bit of a different experience. I also like being able to watch the action on the webcams…although I have to remind myself that I took him to daycare to get a good day of work done! It can be mesmerizing to watch the dogs play…

People are friendly, helpful and my dog is happy.

Friendly and courteous staff, very welcoming. And they love our dog, and he is always super excited when we head there for his spa day. Wins all around

I take my dog Riley to the groomers monthly. Becky from the Etobicoke/mississauga location is absolutely amazing. My Riley loves her and I know that when he’s with her he’s in great hands. I will be travelling soon and know that bringing him to be taken care of at this location will keep my mind at ease at the employees there are awesome. !!! Thank you

My dog was happy and was not rushing away from the place. For me it’s a big sign.

The staff are super friendly and my dog looks beautiful after her grooming. Can’t ask for more!

Becky is an amazing groomer that has taken the time to get to know my older rescue dog and he isn’t traumatized after his visit – she is a GEM!
