Everything from dropping Coco off to pick up is seamless, quick and fun. The staff are friendly and get the sense that they genuinely care for all the pets that are there. I love that they are on top of their vaccine checks. Everyone is accountable and responsible to ensure that health records are upto date. Which, for me is a huge thing! It keeps every safe. I like that they wipe Coco of before I take her home, makes me feel assured that she is looked after. The video camera ulis the most reassuring and was a deal breaker for where I send her to daycare. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Groomer is amazing. My dog absolutely loves her. Day care is also amazing. Very clean and very attentive staff.
