Amazing staff
Very clean

The staff members were so friendly and helpful. While my dog joined the group, the front desk associate answered questions and turned the webcam video on full screen in the lobby so I could watch my dog play.

They are very friendly upfront and you can see it in their care for our dogs.

I am not on a regular schedule and I like the flexibility of calling an hour or two prior to dropping my dog off.

The staff is friendly, approachable and patient. They all seem to know each and every dog and this provides confidence to me in knowing that they are personally invested in the care of all dogs.

Staff is outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about the care Dottie receives when at Dogtopia Arlington Heights. Dottie can’t wait to go and always has fun. I don’t hesitate to recommend them to other dog owners. Keep up the good work.

Low to no employee turnover says a lot about Dogtopia and their excellent staff- we see the same kind, enthusiastic people each week for years. They know and love our dog and he loves them. Happy dog, hours work with our schedule, boarding gives us peace of mind when we travel. Great team in Arlington Heights.

Dogtopia of Arlington Heights is the best! Caring staff, spacious, clean facility, and awesome themed days. Always a pleasure to interact with the team there. So grateful my dog, Flame, gets do go there weekly for some playtime, socialization, and TLC. Thanks to Ross, Gabby, Katy, and the team for all you do!
