The entire staff is oriented ty o service of both dog and owner.
Staff is wonderful and kind.
The structure and approach to the day. But most of all, the team is WONDERFUL! Everyone is helpful, kind, and loving to the dogs. I’ve never seen anything but truly caring respect and love!
Drop off and pick up are easy and my dog is excited to be at Dogtopia.

Nice having bath options
There are 2 rooms for the dogs so they are not crowded together in 1 room.
Maybe have naptime be 1 hour instead of 2?
