Friendly staff, interacting with my dog, webcams, cute report card
We were overwhelmed by the positive, friendly welcome our dog KP received. Bailey was super friendly and helpful, explaining all the benefits of Dogtopia, providing updates and pictures of our dog’s first day.

Everyone at the front is so kind. My dog cannot wait to get to the playroom in the back when we arrive. The staff is quick during drop off and pick up to get us on our way.
The facility is clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. My dog is excited to go for day play and the grooming was exactly what I asked to be done. My only wish is that there was outdoor play available.
Reasonable cost, good communication and my Dog loves it there.

Employees are well trained on policies. Facility appears clean. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable about my dog’s interests and routines and behaviors. Employees send communication regularly about my dog while at boarding thru pictures and updates.

The team provided me with great updates during my dog’s stay. He smelled so clean after his bath. For a dog that has not always loved boarding, this was a great experience.
