convenient location. good staff

Staff is great and appear to really enjoy working with the dogs. Bob loves going to “school” on Wednesdays.

I like Jake and the other coaches who talk about my furbabies day especially as it relates to behaviors. I have been bringing my dog since he was a pup and that’s important to me.

I do think the staff spend too much time looking at their phones when they should be watching the dogs. There are a lot of dogs in the room especially since school started back.

I love being able to see my pup on the camera during the day (when it’s working) and the online appointment requests. I also appreciate the text messages to ask about treats or snacks for him during the day. The front office staff is so friendly and remembers my pup’s name which makes us feel so welcome. Love this location!

Drop off and pick up can get very congested and sometimes we have to wait 10+ min. I have been given the wrong dog at least 5x which is concerning. I also wish there was more flexibility in your packages… I bring my dog 2x a week but sometimes I have to do an additional day. I should pay the 2x a week price, not full price as I spend a lot of money with dogtopia.

Friendly, caring and convenient

Our two German Shepherds were well taken care of during their stay. The location is very convenient at the intersection of Ashford Dunwoody and Johnson Ferry Rd.

The staff is overall is helpful and kind.
