We love dogtopia!

Only feedback is it can take way too long to drop off and pick up at certain times.

My dog loves to go there! Staff are friendly and it’s close to my home. On another note, I have noticed the odor in the lobby is increasing. There used to not be an odor

Kind staff, they genuinely care about my pet. They keep us updated and send pictures. I love the updates and fun events!

My pup Chase is always exhausted when he comes back home. He always has the best time at Dogtopia and I love watching him on the webcams!

Lilly came home looking like she had such a fun day—she was completely worn out! She made new friends, and I especially appreciated the updates from Jake on her meet and greet day. He sent pictures, called, and kept me in the loop about how she was adjusting, which gave me so much peace of mind. I loved hearing that she was making new doggy friends and behaving well for the staff.

She did have some issues with the crate, but the team was quick to communicate with me and offered her other accommodations, which I truly appreciated. Overall, Lilly had a wonderful experience, and I’m so grateful for the thoughtful communication and care you all provided. We’ll definitely be back!
