I love that the team really seems to love our Polly. Everyone is always so friendly when we come in. I love the personal touches like the report card the pictures. They always make my day. I like how I can easily communicate through txt. And you guys always respond very quickly. I love watching Polly through the camera. It’s a sense of comfort, but also fun to see how she’s acting hopefully behaving. It’s just a positive environment and y’all seem to really care about Polly and attentive to her and that means everything. I can put my mind at ease, knowing that she’s safe and happy and getting to be her best self.

Friendly, personable staff. My dog loves it

The staff have been very accommodating to my schedule and have given me options on how best to manage my dog’s care. She now is not afraid to come in the door and pulls on her leash to get in. The food has been managed well and she has come back happy and tired, which is both good.

My dog, Hops, loves coming here! He’s bouncing off the walls as soon as we step foot in the lobby. Can’t imagine bringing him anywhere else!

Everyone at North Brookhaven Dogtopia is so kind! We never have to worry while we are at work or away because we know our pup is well taken care of by all the staff. Thank you!

Everyone is nice and my dog lives it

It would be helpful to have someone up front when you arrive. A number of times you have to wait several minutes and you don’t know if anyone knows you are there. I have had to call the main line and so has my husband. Likely more staff are needed to help get dogs in and out. Waiting in line and waiting in the lobby at peak times is something that could be improved.
