• Why should I join Dogtopia’s weekly wellness plan?
  Similar to a child in daycare, it’s important to keep your furry child on a consistent routine of socialization, education and exercise. Our wellness programs allow you to enroll your pup in daycare every week and receive the best price! And you’ll have peace of mind knowing they are in a safe and comfortable environment developing positive behavior they can show off at home.
• Do you require a contract?
  It’s an open-ended agreement. By enrolling, you are guaranteed pricing for 12 months. You may cancel or change your enrollment with a two-week notice.
• How often am I billed?
  Billing is small, easy, weekly payments. You will get billed once a week on Sunday.
• What if I miss a week or a day?
  We understand that issues may arise that require an absence. Each Wellness Plan provides a total number of daycare days per week to use whenever you like. We recommend developing a schedule for you and your dog. Daycare days do not rollover to the following billing cycle. We can help determine the right plan for your desired attendance. If you find your schedule changing, let us know and we’ll accommodate your pup onto another day that week if we have the space available. We want all our pups the chance to play with their BFFF’s!
• Does my wellness plan offer any discounts on other services?
  Enrollment provides you with the absolute best price on our daycare and boarding services. There are no other discounts on our services. By enrolling, you are getting a savings off of our daily daycare rate.
• How does boarding work with enrollment?
  Dogs on our wellness program are given priority for boarding reservations. Your weekly enrollment may be applied toward your overnight stay’s invoice. If you’re staying longer than you’re enrolled, you simply pay the enrolled boarding rate. If you’re not enrolled and looking to board, you will be charged the non-enrolled boarding rate.
• Is my dog required to attend daycare the same days each week?
  We highly recommend that you stay consistent on the days of the week because pups love consistency! But we recognize that life can sometimes provide twists and turns. If you need to make a change to your schedule, please contact our front desk by phone or email so we can accommodate your schedule and make sure we have space for your pup in our playroom on a different day(s). You can also add additional days for your dog to play at your Wellness Plan rate, assuming space is available for that day you select. You will still be charged that week also for your Wellness Plan.
• Can I change my plan?
  We are getting busier, so we are encouraging customers to contact at least a week in advance of your scheduled day so that we can accommodate your request.
• Can I purchase more days without changing my plan?
  Yes. Additional daycare days may be purchased without changing your plan and we will honor your daycare rate as outlined by your specific wellness plan.
• Can both of my dogs use one plan?
  We allow one dog per wellness plan. If you have two dogs, you’ll need to purchase two plans.
• Will I get a receipt?
  Yes, you’ll receive an email each week notifying you of the charge to your credit card.
• Can I pause my plan?
  Yes. You have the ability to pause your plan for a total of four weeks per year at no charge. All pauses require a one-week minimum. Please email your Dogtopia location to pause your plan or let us know during your next daycare drop off.
• How do I cancel?
  We ask for a two-week cancellation notice to change or cancel your plan.
• Can my wellness plan be used at another Dogtopia?
  Not at this time.
