Starting Tuesday 7/12 we will begin reinforcing our Cancellation Policy!

Reservation Cancellation:

When you book a reservation for your pup, you are holding a space in our playrooms that is no longer available to other pups. There are a limited number of reservation slots available per playroom. To be respectful to other Dogtopia families, please call or email as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call or email ( (512) 766-3649 or [email protected]) before 5pm the day before your reservation. Reservations are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another pup access to that slot.

Late Cancellation/No-Shows:

A cancellation notice is considered late after 5pm the day before the reservation. A no-show is when a pup does not arrive for their reservation without cancelling. If you are in our Enrollment Program, and you do not cancel your appointment in time or no-show, we will not refund or change the date of your reservation. If you use passes for daycare, and you do not cancel your appointment in time or no-show, we will debit your passes for one day. If you have signed up for our pay-per-play option and you do not cancel your appointment in time or no-show, we will debit your account $23 (one half day of play).

Dogtopia of North Austin Refund Policy:

All pass sales are final. We do not issue refunds or partial refunds for any pass sales to our Dogtopia location, no matter how soon after the purchase request is made. This policy applies to all of our pass sales, including any special promotion offers we might make through the year. When purchasing passes, please consider our policy carefully before making your decision.
