Dogtopia of North Austin Refund Policy
All pass sales are final. We do not issue refunds or partial refunds for any pass sales to our Dogtopia location, no matter how soon after the purchase the request is made. This policy applies to all our pass sales, including any special promotional offers we might make throughout the year.
When purchasing passes, please consider our refund policy carefully in your decision.
For enrollment plans, we do not offer refunds once the enrollment week has started that Sunday. Please refer to the enrollment agreement for more details. If you need to pause your plan, please contact our front desk.
For membership plans, we do not offer refunds once the next month has started. If you need to pause your plan, please contact our front desk.
