So friendly and my dog likes them. Ok, he likes everybody but he really feels happy about coming in and saying hello and playing with other dogs. Love the webcam and nap times make it possible for Teduardo to get through the day in a calm but fun way!
Feel my dog is safe and well treated. Only area needing improvement is the phone is not always answered promptly when I come to do a curbside drop off or pickup; I often have to wait 10+ minutes before the phone is answered…maybe there can be a way to text arrival when dropping off or picking up curbside or a separate number to call rather than the main number.

The only issue I have is how long the dogs are left in the kennel overnight. I didn’t realize they were left alone for 12 hours, I wrongly assumed that even after daycare hours someone was there to interact with the boarded pups. I travel a lot for work and using sitting services like Wag or Rover gives me too much anxiety so this is really my only option. However, I feel so guilty that my dog is stuck in a crate for so long when at home we don’t even own one and she sleeps in bed with me.
Everyone is friendly and they take care of the dogs well!
They legitimately care about my dog and him having his best days at daycare. And it shows. I can tell – I watch the cameras!

It’s so clean, and I like how you check the vaccines each time we go. I’ve left my dog at other places and he’s gotten sick, but he’s never gotten sick at dogtopia so I appriecate this.
Caring staff, clean facility, great hours, and ability to view playtime on webcam. I also appreciate the spa services for my pup. My pup enjoys her visits and did well when boarded.
Availability. Care and love for our pups. THE WEBCAMS! And, of course, National Hot Dog day was phenom – all your theme days are so much fun.
