The staff is always so nice and courteous. They also truly pay attention to my dog and give good feedback.
They were very frienly and helpful.
Overall it’s great and meets my expectations. Only improvements would be position cameras where the dogs can’t be off screen (theres a small part where they can’t be seen). Also, I like my dogs collar on but they often take it off even though ive requested it be left on. Also sometimes it seems like the doggos are spending a lot of time in the cage. I know they get a naptime, but its been more than that. Overall it is great though, I’d recommend.
Convenience, friendliness of the staff, I love the Cameras- so I can see what my dog is up to during the day.
So far everyone has been so friendly. And great about answering all my questions.

The team members are amazing – incredibly helpful and friendly. They had so much info to share with me and were proactive in keeping me informed. They were so kind and loving to my dog and I felt she was in the best care when I left her with the lovely and loving ladies at Dogtopia South Austin!
