It has improved from the last time I boarded.
Our pup is not left in a kennel all day. I wish there was not such a long rest time (2 hours). The few times he has been bathed they did a great job. The staff are welcoming.
Your staff is knowledgeable and friendly to humans and dogs. The facility is top notch with all of the services we need. Good job!
1. Admin people who receive our dog and deliver him are smart, friendly, and treat the dog as if he is theirs. Very personal.
2. I like the packages you can buy for day care, convenient to use.
3. Location is great in Lakeway, close to a lot of u!
Gives chance for our dog to socialize as he is an only dog. The dogs are treated well. The facility is well cared for and the staff appears to truly like dogs.
