friendly staff that obviously does care about dogs; I was thrilled when Jacqui Sellers, my husky, was dog of the week–very nice to have that recognition up on the wall in the reception room!

The ambiance and doggo caretakers are kind, helpful, and extremely loving towards all dogs. My dogs always get excited when we arrive at Dogtopia of Austin. It’s fun, play time!

I like the Lakeway location. Friendly staff, and selection of playroom looked to be spot on for Sassy’s needs.
Did have concerns about her coming home dirty from the mat, but staff responded to my email acknowledging the issue.

There are a lot of menu of options and the location is convenient. The folks I met at the initial meet/greet were all helpful and good with my puppy.

Everyone is always so kind and friendly, and it’s obvious you all take the time to get to know the dogs. We feel such confidence each time we board our precious Millie girl. She prefers people to other dogs, we think, but the fact she can enjoy being with all the other dogs without stress any longer is a testament to your employees, their training, and their dedication.
