The staff is friendly, enthusiastic, and very helpful (and patient with old people who have been left behind by technology). I love being able to see my beautiful husky on a computer screen to see how much fun she is having with other dogs. I love the fact that the staff likes to pet her, and she likes to be petted. EVERYTHING!!! The staff is so friendly and so good with the dogs. My dog, Henry, loves to go. I can’t even speak the words “Dogtopia” because he runs to the door and begins barking.

Absolutely love Dogtopia of Austin (located in Lakeway). My dog is always excited to visit (they greet him by name) and the staff are very friendly and truly care about the dogs. I do not live near this location, but I make the drive to board my dog because I know he would be in great hands. Dogtopia of Austin is hands down the best location in all Austin.
