Sasha is so loved and welcomed there — high quality dog care and customer service. We’ve never had an accident or incident, and the dog vetting makes a difference with the quality of dogs that you let in the door. I love the lunch treats and the themes.
I especially like the cameras, the way our pets are treated, and the easy drop-off/pick-up.
Friendly staff. Dog is calm when picked up. Clean environment.
Allow later pick-up times on week-end, especially on Sunday when most return from travel & have no control over arrival times.
Also, the past 2 times I’ve boarded my pet, treats were not given as I instructed.
