They are very good with both dogs. Peso is tiny and can be handled quite easily. They treat him with care. Prudence, is the problem child. They recommended giving her some type of anxiety meds to calm her down before getting her nails cut. This last time it worked. The only issue is the meds lasted all day/

We have had two dogs in Austin over the past eight years and have used this Dogtopia regularly. The staff is very warm and good listeners. The manager is an intelligent businessman who demands that we pet owners protect not only our pet but other peoples pets as well, which we think is very important.
The daily activities and fun snacks help entertain our dog.
