Great staff!
The staff is the best. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. The facilities are clean, and my dog loves going to see her friends.
The explanation and updates on how the meet and greet was going. Focus on safety and comfort for both new dog and current dogs. Places for dogs to go settle if it gets to be a lot for them. Great associates at Towson location. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable!
I like that you thoughtfully assess the ‘fit’ between each dog and Dogtopia’s services, to keep the playrooms harmonious. I like that you have a dog coach in each playroom at all times. I like that everyone at the front desk seems to know my dog by name and greets him warmly when we arrive. I like that you provide a safe, clean environment for my dog to develop his socialization skills. I like your flexible scheduling. 🙂

The staff are family! They treat our girls like they were their own!
The care the staff has for the animals, my dog being able to play with her friends, the opportunities to give back to the community.
Everything at Dogtopia runs smoothly and seems thoughtful. The only thing I don’t love is that transparency around boarding pricing is not as good as it could be. I just boarded my dog for the first time and did not realize I would be charged for daycare and boarding. Other daycare facilities do not do that.
Staff is very kind and clearly love dogs! My dog Opus has a blast here! 🐩
