You love my dogs!
I like how welcomed my dog felt coming back. He was excited and the staff treated him so friendly. He also loved the snack provided.
The staff at Dogtopia are very friendly and clearly love dogs. They know me and greet my two dogs as I come in. When one of my dogs was sick, they called to find out how she was. And I’m impressed with their protocol for potential incidents where dogs or staff could get hurt: the staff member buzzes an alarm and the rest of the staff scramble to help. I’ve seen that twice. Each time the problem was quickly resolved. I feel confident that my dogs will be safe.
Most of the employees are friendly and caring individuals. They definitely love dogs!!!
The Dogtopia team really loves our dogs and welcomes them warmly every day. The pups are exhausted when they return. That means it was a good day.
