The staff is so friendly and loving to my dog and is very good about communicating with me if there’s a problem. They are flexible on days when my dog can’t be around other dogs or has a scuffle with another dog and they let him stay in an isolated location.
Everyone is very kind! The facility is clean. I can check on my dog on my phone. Easy to make an appointment. My dog is happy when I pick him up!

Activity for my dog when we are at work
I have boarded my dog with Dogtopia Towson twice and had a great experience both times. I like that I can check in on their webcams and see her playing with other dogs, and there is always an employee present to supervise. Dogtopia employees are also extremely friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend.
The staff is usually very welcoming and friendly. The facility looks clean. I have heard the staff talk to their clients professionally and courteously; they always try to problem solve any issues that arise. They have worked hard to solve the small/medium dog issue (put a gate up to separate some dogs from others) in order to alleviate any issues (first room to left as you enter the building).
