Friendly, staff is attentive to dog.
The employees really care about the dogs and seem to like their jobs. I feel a personal connection to the employees when I walk in and they know who my dog is or who I am there to pick up. The scheduling process works well and it is easy to communicate with the staff at any time.
Would love if there was an outdoor space for the dogs.
The staff are very professional and caring for clients’ dogs. One constructive feedback item: The black flooring leaves a dark residue on dogs’ paws and legs so I give my dogs a bath every time they come back from Dogtopia. That affects when I’m willing to choose to bring my dogs for daycare.
BIG FAN!! I was very nervous about leaving my boy at daycare. He’s big energy, bigger dog.
They KNOW DOGS, and care for them well. He LOVED being there. And they have a great set-up for checking it, and they are so good at caring for the dogs.
He came home and SLEPT, he had such a good day of playing and socializing. They even sent him home with a report card talking about how he did and friends he made, TOO CUTE!! I’m a big fan. Can’t wait to take him back.
I absolutely love Dogtopia Towson, the issues I’ve had are my dogs gotten sick twice from there which in turn meant he had to not go for a week. The other issue is when my dog was boarded both time nobody communicated any issues. The first time he tore apart 1 of his blankets nothing was brought to my attention except I was handed a shredded blanket. The other time he was having red in his stool, but nobody would have told me had I not called to check in on my dog.

The personnel are incredibly helpful and professional – clearly love dogs and caring about them. Took time to observe my hounds prior to visit, and make sure everyone was comfortable and ready to enjoy their day. Thanks so much for accommodating us on our trip to the area – we will be back!
