My dog is often in a crate when I pick her up. I’d like to hear from the staff volunteer how she is doing when I pick up, because if she is in the crate the better part of the day, I’d like to know!
Sometimes there are a lot of dogs in one room, while the other larger dog room is not being used.
Communication could be clearer for those of us who come weekly. For any changes to existing policy/practices, having those changes either posted at the location or making sure email messaging triggers a full reading from those of us use to getting multiple automated emails a week from dogtopia.
The location is close to home & work, the employees are always friendly & Harley LOVES coming to Dogtopia!!!
The app is convenient. The webcams are great. The employees genuinely care about my dog.
