Great staff
Friendliness of employees. Safety precautions in place (meet and greets, lobby rules). Haven’t used spa services but like that the option is there.
The staff are very friendly and know me and my dog by sight. They show their affection and enthusiasm for the dogs when they come through the door and leave at the end of the day.
The dedication of the staff! They’re so knowledgeable about the pups and also show them so much love.
The staff are very professional, kind and friendly. Bella is always eager to get out of the car and enter the facilty where she is welcomed by the staff with love and ready to meet her furry friends for a quality play day.

Great serrvice. However your app is not working and the same reason is given over and over again.By now we all know that the Towson location is NOT responisbile for the app software.The peope who manage the Dogtopia app should take better measures to fix the access problems.
I love how the staff not only takes time to work on some commands but also loves and plays with my dog
